Elton Tom Hamar, Managing Principal of H2C3, has served construction owners for the past 28 years in various roles including Owners Representative, Contracts management, Construction and contract auditor, Claims Management Consultant, Project Controls Manager and many others. Tom’s construction experience spans four industries including power, mining, semiconductor/high tech and most recently the petrochemical industry. Tom brings a mature perspective to his clients and will use his leadership and influencing skills to insure focus is brought to the right control efforts at the right time.
